Spire Solutions is seeking an experienced and energetic professional with sound understanding of Information Security, Business and Sales Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


  • Understand the market and competitive environment in the assigned territory
  • Lead, inspire and mentor the assigned sales team to develop solution selling relationships
  • Develop and Maintain effective customer relationship management strategy in the region to track all sales activities, enquiries & sales leads, open quotations and project sales
  • Develop and maintain a regional business model while maintaining existing relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Establish and foster an outstanding working relationship between Vendors and Spire’s regional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Identify business opportunities in the market-place and build-up an excellent clients’ relationship.
  • Maintain a high professional & ethical profile in line with the company standards
  • Ensure a thorough understanding about local & regional market and share it the team
  • Ensure providing the right training and guidance for the regional sales team that lead the team to achieve the assigned goals/ target
  • Assist in building up the sales teams in respect to team- , territories & projects to work on, training needs, target assigned, motivation exercise and setting KPIs accordingly.
  • Ensure that employees are performance managed:
    • Motivate, support and closely monitor the performance the sales-team
    • Identify results and report the same to the management periodically.
    • Participate in key-result areas & key performance indicator (KPIs) review process to establish areas of improvement.
  • Develop new sales leads and prospects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through developing business with Existing customers and New Customers.
  • Implement go-to-market strategy to increase revenue and grow market share
  • Understand and appreciate market trends, competitive landscape and industry developments in the security sector.
  • Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an on-going basis to stay current.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Define strategy to achieve targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
  • Generate business opportunities by working with Customers and Channel partners to discover and explore opportunities.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and other activity reports in SalesForce.
  • Create proposals/RFP responses, and conduct presentations.
  • Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  • Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and Partner/customer demands.
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept (POCs) with Product Management and Pre-Sales team


  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or business development with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in security services consulting.
  • Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc.
  • Must be fluent in English language, Arabic will be advantage.
