Territory Manager – Kuwait (Sales)

Spire Solutions is keen to recruit an experienced Territory Manager with techno commercial background to penetrate Kuwait region and generate revenue via direct customer interactions, local partner coordination and eventually local team development based on commercial success.

An ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling or consulting cyber security solutions and services to both customers and channel partners in niche areas such as endpoint security, SIEM, breach & attack simulation, encryption, mobile security, network security, cyber deception, security orchestration and automation (SOAR), threat intelligence platform (TIP) and security awareness, to name a few.

Primary responsibilities:
1.Gain sufficient understanding of Spire Solutions portfolio of solutions, different use cases and environments it can be applied for
2.Be a trusted Consultant to Customers who understands their pain points and proposes practical solutions
3.Propose, develop, convert, and manage commercially appealing customer prospects and accounts (40+)
4.Coordinate with Product Managers and Technical Consultants in Spire HQ for:
a.Pre-sales activities: Product positioning, technical presentations, demos and POCs
b.Post-sales activities: Implementation, integration and after-sales support
5.Propose, onboard, acquire and manage reliable and capable channel partners (10+)
6.Generate and achieve the annual target (exact amount to be discussed and agreed)

Secondary responsibilities:
1.Help schedule and execute focused internal events – round-tables, workshops, webinars etc
2.Identify, propose and help participate in industry events – expos, summits, conferences etc

You will work closely with:
1. Chief Sales Officer or Regional Director for strategy creation, execution and continuous guidance
2. Marketing Manager for brand building and lead engagement activities
3. Product Managers for product awareness, customer presentations, RFPs and commercials
4. Technical Consultants for demos, POCs and implementation
